In short: yes, we use Google maps for the purpose of providing better service with this website, mobile application, or Facebook application uses Google maps API. By using your maps API implementation, you agree to be bound by Google Terms of Service. By using our implementation of the Google maps API, you agreed to use us to gain access to information about you including personality personally identifiable information such as user names and non-personnel identifiable information such as location. We will be collecting the following information for a full list of how we use information. You may revoke your consent at any time. We use information about location in conjunction with data from other data providers. The Google maps API that we use store and access cookies and other information on your devices.
6. How do we handle your social logins?
In short: if you choose to register or login to our website using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you. Our sites offer you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details like your Facebook or Twitter login. Where you choose to do this, we will receive a certain profile information about you from your social media provider. (a) Account information. if you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log into your account settings and update your user accounts. However some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our terms of use and/or comply with legal requirements.

11. Controls for do not track features?
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems in mobile applications include a do not track (DNT) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing do not track signals has been finalized. As such we do not currently respond to do not track browser signals or any other mechanisms that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If there is a standard for online tracking that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.
12. Does California residents have specific privacy rights?
In short: yes if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information. California Civil Code section 1798. 83, also known as the shine the light law, permits are users who are California residents to request an obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information if any we disclose to those third-party for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all three parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
